Throughout his career leading financial and operational strategy for top-tier communications and healthcare agencies. Brice has specialised in turning complex agency dynamics into predictable, sustainable profit.

His track record spans every phase of agency expansion: reversing losses into 25% EBITDA margins, scaling revenues past £10 million, launching international offices, and successfully guiding founders through multi-million-pound M&A transactions. Qualified as an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), Brice combines rigorous financial modeling, pricing discipline, and operational governance with modern AI-driven efficiencies to build scalable central platforms.

Through Staket Advisory, Brice provides fractional CFO leadership designed to help agency leaders navigate complexity, optimise utilisation, improve cash visibility, and prepare their businesses for scalable expansion or exit readiness.

Outside the Office

When he isn't advising agencies, Brice spends his time with his wife and two boys, who have special needs (autism). A native French speaker living in the UK, he loves traveling back to Europe with his family, kept on his toes by his two energetic Golden Retrievers, and following international rugby.
